BLS CERT: HEALTHCARE & PUBLIC TRAINING

Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) uses a scenario-based approach to develop the critical thinking and problem solving skills that drive better patient outcomes. It is consistent with AHA Guidelines for CPR/ECC, and covers breathing and cardiac emergencies - including CPR, AED, and obstructed airway - for adult, child, and infant patients.

BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS TRAINING

The Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens course teaches students how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. This course is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction. This course reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

Who should take this course? 

The AHA Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course is designed for anyone with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens such as: correctional officers, childcare workers, security guards, maintenance workers, school personnel, hotel housekeepers, health and fitness club staff, and tattoo artists.

BASIC CPR/FIRST AID/AED CERTIFICATION

In this CPR/First Aid/AED Certification Course you will learn: Adult, Child and Infant CPR techniques, Airway Obstruction, Standard First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) guidelines and use procedures.

FIRE SAFETY

Employers should train workers about fire hazards in the workplace and about what to do in a fire emergency. Fire Safety Training is designed to help your staff prevent fires and to respond appropriately in an emergency. You will learn about Fire Prevention, Fire Safety equipment, Evacuation plans and more.. If you expect your workers to use fire fighting equipment, you should provide the appropriate equipment and train workers to use it safely.
